Purchasing a Service

You may purchase training or consulting services directly through this website. Please refer to our service information for full information about the service you are purchasing.

Your order is only received by Digital Commerce Institute at the point payment has been processed by one of our payment providers.

An order which has been received by Digital Commerce Institute may be cancelled by Digital Commerce Institute without reason and will be accompanied by a full refund when no part of the service has been provided.

You may cancel an order which has been received in advance of the service being provided in line with the refund policy outlined here or on the service information page.

In general refunds will be processed as follows:

  • 90% Refund if cancelled more than 14 days from scheduled event

  • 50% Refund if cancelled more than 7 days from scheduled event

Waiver

If you breach these Terms and Conditions and we take no action, Digital Commerce Institute will still be entitled to use our rights and remedies in any other situation where you breach these conditions.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are to be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ireland and, in the event of any dispute or claim associated with these terms and conditions, that dispute or claim shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.

Entire Agreement

The above Terms and Conditions and any emails regarding the services Digital Commerce Institute provides constitute the entire agreement of the parties (Digital Commerce Institute and the customer) and supersede any and all preceding and contemporaneous agreements between you and Digital Commerce Institute. Any waiver of any provision of the Terms and Conditions will be effective only if in writing and signed by a Director of Digital Commerce Institute.
