We are a specialist digital commerce management consultancy with access to broad and deep proven expertise. Our approach is to leverage data and insights to transform organisational capabilities with a view to increasing customer lifetime values across channels.

We are about to embark on a major elearning project, developing an insights-led, practical training programme for business owners and managers.

As elearning producer you will be responsible for designing and implementing elearning programmes in partnership with our subject matter experts.

Responsibilities

  • User experience and instructional design

  • eLearning solution design

  • Technical requirements articulation

  • Managing subject matter experts

  • Capturing and translating content

  • Developing courseware and interactivity

  • LMS configuration and optimisation

Your Experience

You will be a hands on specialist in elearning solution design and implementation. You will be passionate about the role that digital can play in people’s lives and have dedicated your career so far to using technology to help people improve and develop.

You main skills include:

  • Instructional design

  • Graphic design

  • Video post-production

  • Deep experience with courseware and LMS tools

  • Management of subject matter experts

  • Copywriting for learning

  • Project management

  • Problem-solving

The Opportunity

This is a unique opportunity to be part of a vibrant team with a mission to transform organisations across the globe.

The role will be for an initial six month project and will suit an experienced professional looking to make a difference outside of a typical career path.

We are based in Dublin, Ireland, however this role can operate remotely assuming that you possess excellent digital communication and influencing skills.
